Resistance: Burning Skies Gets Multiplayer Details

Nihilistic Software has released details on the upcoming Vita title Resistance: Burning Skies. he multiplayer portion of the game will include eight-player multiplayer, 4v4 and 2v2, a Quick Match mode, use of the Vita’s Party application for group or private matches, and a Rank Up mode in which players will be given bonus XP for showing “daring feats of skill.” You will also be able to customize the various weapons and unlock others as you rank up.

The multiplayer will feature 3 different modes which are Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch, and a the last mode which which is to be revealed next week. It will also sport 6 different maps ranging from areas like the streets of Staten Island to the docks of Bayonne. You can view the reveal trailer for the multiplayer below. Resistance: Burning Skies is currently set for a May 29 release date exclusively on the Playstation Vita.

  1. I hope it was just the way that they screen shots were captured because they look very muddy and lack detail.
