4Gamer interviewed Konami and the company is working on a game called Frontier Gate. This is not good news for any Suikoden fans.
It appears as if the person who directed Suikoden Tierkreis has started to work on Frontier Gate. This could suggest that Konami won’t be making any more Suikoden titles in the near future.
It’s possible Konami could produce more Suikoden titles in the future, but it’s not likely to be soon. In any case, there’s a chance another company could take over and produce Suikoden titles in Konami’s absence.
Suikoden is a well known RPG series that started back in 1995 when the first game was released for the PSOne.
