Similar in past Pokemon titles, there are Move Tutors in the Unova Region that teaches any of your Pokemon specific moves.
There are a total of five move tutors in the Unova Region. Majority of the moves listed below are rare and can only be taught once to one Pokemon.

DRIFTVEIL CITY
The man in Driftveil City will be able to teach any of the starter Pokemon their respective elemental type. For example, if you have Chikorita or Snivy in your party, they can learn a rare grass type moves. Any starter Pokemon from any regions can learn the following moves.
Grass Pledge (Grass Type)
Water Pledge (Water Type)
Fire Pledge (Fire Type)
ROUTE 13
Inside the house in Route 13, a man will be able to teach the fully evolved starter Pokemon the following elemental hyperbeam attacks.
Frenzy Plant (Grass Type)
Hydro Cannon (Water Type)
Blast Burn (Fire Type)
OPELUCID CITY
Either Iris or Drayden can teach any Dragon-type Pokemon the following move.
Draco Meteor (Dragon Type)
MOOR OF ICCIRUS
The following Move tutor will only teach one move to a specific legendary Pokemon, Keldeo. Obtaining Keldeo is only possible via an event. To teach Keldeo, the Secret Sword move, go to the Moor of Iccirus.
