The ESRB has deemed that Dead Island’s logo is inappropriate for North Americans so has decided to censor it.
The ESRB has used its power to tweak the ‘I’ in the Dead Island logo, which used to be a zombie being hung from a tree. This censorship currently is only for North America with other regions box arts being unchanged.
The new cover is still a zombie but this time standing news to a palm tree rather than hanging from it.
