Little Big Planet DLC Available This Week

A few new DLC packs will be available to download for both PSP and PS3 versions of Little Big Planet this week.

One of the new material to be released is to celebrate the upcoming day known as Valentine’s Day. A new costume will be available to download for free for owners of the PSP version of Little Big Planet. Dubbed the “Lurve Costume” this sees your sackboy dressed like a heart. A Valentine’s Day theme is also available to download for $2.99 and includes a special level, 15 stickers and an additional four Valentine’s Day themed costumes.

PS3 Little Big Planets won’t miss out either. A Valentine’s Day Mini-Pack is available for $2.99 which includes a special Cupid outfit, 10 love-themed stickers, lots of objects and 5 different types of materials. This package is only available for a limited time so make sure you download the pack before February 25 2010 in case you might miss out.

Another package available for the PS3 version are free costumes for a sackboy or sackgirl celebrating Chinese New Year. These costumes are also only available for a limited time so download them before February 25th to avoid missing out.

All aforementioned download packs will be available on the PlayStation Store from February 11 2010.
