As reported earlier EA finally released Rock Band 2 to New Zealand stores. Before only local retailer “The Warehouse” were stocking the game. Now as of December 21 2009 all major retailing outlets in New Zealand have the game in stock. The PS2, PS3, Wii and Xbox 360 versions have all been shipped so gamers in New Zealand can now experience the fun of Rock Band 2, albeit a year later than most other gamers around the world.
New Zealand gamers can now grab the game just in time for Christmas.

I have seen this on PS2 at the Warehouse, but not on any other platform or at any other store. EB games had no idea about a release for it. .Has anyone found it yet for PS3?

They’ve stocked the game at JB Hi Fi with the PS3 version I believe as well as online store Mighty Ape. A few other stores like Noel Leeming had the game in stock too.

By the way NZgamer.com and Game Console magazine both had review copies of Rock Band 2 sent to them so EA have released the game there.
