Konami officially announced today via the MGS: PW site, after Famitsu leaked the release date, that Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker exclusively for the PSP will be arriving in the land of the rising sun on March 18, 2010. There is currently no announcement on the North American version of the game. Hopefully Konami will release the game here in the US somewhere around that date.
We will update you on the release date of the North American version of the game once it’s available.

Brilliant news. I doubt anyone expected it could possibly be that soon – just 3 and a half months to go! Hopefully they’ve been working on the English localizations at the same time.
