If you think you are eligible to have your Official Strategy Guide replaced by Atlus, head over to http://www.demons-souls.com/stratguide/. There is a step by step instruction that you can follow to get yourself started in having the replacement done!
The Demon’s Souls Official Strategy Guide Replacement Program is open to owners of the Deluxe Edition of Demon’s Souls who are residents of the USA and Canada, whose cover of the Official Strategy Guide has experienced unusual ink fading and wear. Please note that to process your claim, the instructions below must be followed exactly, and all envelopes must be postmarked on or before December 31, 2009.

My cover is fading pretty bad – the spine in particular is almost pure white, now – but I feel compelled not to get it replaced. If it were any other company I’d probably go for it, but this is Atlus.
For some reason, I get the sense that hanging on to an original, with-faded-cover copy of the strategy guide is just good business acumen.
