I have the retail advertisement box for ODST that the store gave to me when I preorder a month ago. It's indistinguishable from the real retail case. I could easily download and place a pirated ODST on a printable DVD, make it look real and sell it for $200.00 other than the fact that it is illegal of course! They do however know who plays illegal copies (pirated) and are on modded consoles then you will be banned. But if you buy this game from that seller and win and play it early you are completely safe. Hey just a heads up.
